The method has a simple preparation process and avoids a tedious modification step, the magnetic response characteristic of the magnetic core simplifies the treatment process of the material in selective capturing of the recombinant histidine tag protein in a thallus lysis solution, and the magnetic material has a good application prospect in the fields of protein purification and the like.
