This invention relates to the field of waste lubricating oil regeneration technology and discloses a comprehensive utilization process for waste lubricating oil from wind
turbine generators. The process includes S1, pretreatment: removing larger particles,
moisture, light components, ferromagnetic particles, etc., using
distillation and
filtration equipment to obtain a dehydrated
intermediate product; S2, core refining: sending the dehydrated
intermediate product into a
dialysis tank composed of an organic-inorganic
composite membrane for further treatment to remove additive components,
base oil deterioration products, insoluble or oil-soluble substances,
metal ions, etc., contained in the waste lubricating oil, obtaining a refined
intermediate product. This comprehensive utilization process for waste lubricating oil from wind
turbine generators effectively solves the problems in existing technologies where waste lubricating oil regeneration processes cannot achieve uniform dispersion of modified clay
powder and the
oil phase throughout the reactor, forming a large number of dead zones that prevent sufficient contact between the
powder and the
oil phase; and where saturated waste clay is directly discharged with the
oil phase for
filtration, increasing the amount of
hazardous waste waste clay to be disposed of and raising disposal costs.
