An intraoral fast melt seamless capsule, manufacturing apparatus and method of preparation

PendingCN122251361AConfectionerySweetmeatsMolecular networkManufactured apparatus
This invention discloses a rapid-dissolving seamless capsule for oral cavity and its preparation method. It comprises an oil-soluble liquid core and a shell encapsulating the core. The shell has a diameter of 4–8 mm, a thickness of 20–200 μm, and the ratio of shell thickness to diameter is strictly controlled within the range of 0.004–0.04. The mass ratio of shell to core is 6:94–35:65. The advantages are: by proposing to strictly control the key structural parameter window of "thickness-diameter ratio" (0.008~0.015), which is much lower than that of conventional microcapsules (usually >0.05), it is the core breakthrough point to achieve the contradiction between "thin-walled and easily broken" and "stable transportation"; by using gelatin with a specific gel strength value (≥150g) as the main film-forming agent, the integrity of the molding can still be maintained under ultra-thin conditions. At the same time, due to its moderate molecular network density, it can be rapidly hydrated and disintegrated in saliva, avoiding the "gelatinization and stickiness" of traditional low-gel strength gelatin or the "insoluble residue" of high-gel strength gelatin.

PendingCN122079740Ashort lifeOptimize usage efficiencyPreparation by hydroxy group additionHydration reactionPtru catalyst
This invention discloses a highly efficient composite solubilizer for the hydration of butene to sec-butanol, belonging to the field of chemical process technology. Its composition includes: 0-60 parts of a polyether-based polymeric surfactant, 15-35 parts of a highly polar aprotic solvent, and 10-20 parts of a co-catalyst. A range-extended hybrid engine oil lubricating oil composition and its preparation method

This invention discloses a lubricating oil composition for range-extended hybrid engines and its preparation method. The raw materials of the lubricating oil composition include 6.8-10.1% of a secondary alkyl ZDDP anti-wear composite additive, 2.7-7% of a viscosity index improver, 0.12-0.5% of an organic molybdenum salt, 0.3-0.6% of a functional pour point depressant polymethyl methacrylate, and the balance being base oil. Based on obtaining a low-viscosity oil, this invention introduces an oil-soluble polyether base oil and an organic molybdenum salt for compounding. When applied to a range-extended hybrid engine, it effectively reduces the average coefficient of friction (less than 0.1) of the low-viscosity oil even with a low dosage of organic molybdenum salt. Simultaneously, it achieves good high-temperature oxidation resistance, preventing premature aging of the organic molybdenum salt during use and thus avoiding a decline in the oil's anti-wear and friction-reducing properties.
