The invention provides a high-performance
asphalt modifier as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of pavement materials. The high-performance
asphalt modifier is prepared from 30 to 38 parts of an
epoxy-terminated
telechelic polymer; 22 to 30 parts of a hydroxyl-terminated
telechelic polymer; 15 to 23 parts of a blocked
polyurethane prepolymer; 2-6 parts of a
tertiary amine structure-containing auxiliary agent with warm mixing and catalytic curing effects; 9 to 16 parts of a
diluent; and 2-6 parts of a vulcanizing agent. According to the modifier, the
telechelic polymer and the closed
prepolymer are utilized to construct an
epoxy /
polyurethane cross-linked network, and the vulcanizing agent is supplemented for reinforcement, so that the comprehensive pavement performance such as high and low temperature and
fatigue resistance of
asphalt is comprehensively improved while the normal-temperature storage stability is guaranteed. The auxiliary agent containing the
tertiary amine structure not only can catalyze rapid curing of a network, but also endows the asphalt with an excellent warm
mixing effect, so that the construction temperature and
energy consumption are remarkably reduced, and the paving quality in a low-temperature environment is effectively guaranteed.
