aqueous solution, ultrasonically stirring, filtering with a
ceramic membrane, washing to a specified pH value,
drying in vacuum, putting into a reaction kettle together with
stearyl alcohol, adding a catalyst and a cosolvent, introducing
nitrogen, and performing ultrasonic-
microwave segmented
temperature control reaction, thereby obtaining the stearyl glycyrrhetinic acid ester. Cooling the reaction liquid, magnetically separating to recover the catalyst, microfiltering the filtrate, adding the mixed liquid, stirring, standing and filtering to obtain a crude product, dissolving the crude product with an
ethanol aqueous solution, decolorizing, adding a
seed crystal, carrying out gradient cooling, crystallizing and washing, carrying out
vacuum drying on the
crystal, and blowing
argon to obtain the product. The process adopts a composite catalyst and synergistic reaction mode, optimizes
raw material pretreatment and purification processes, reduces side reactions and
solvent use, reduces
energy consumption, has no toxic emission, improves product purity and stability, gives consideration to both
environmental protection and efficiency, and has good application prospects.
