High-low temperature stable composite automobile glass water and preparation method thereof

This invention relates to the field of windshield washer fluid technology, specifically to a composite automotive windshield washer fluid with high and low temperature stability and its preparation method. The method involves preparing methanol, ethylene glycol, a crystallization modifier, a compound corrosion inhibitor, a surfactant, a dye, and deionized water. In a dedicated reaction apparatus, a portion of deionized water and all of the ethylene glycol are added and stirred until homogeneous. The crystallization modifier and compound corrosion inhibitor are then added and stirred until dissolved to form an intermediate liquid. Methanol, the remaining deionized water, the surfactant, and the dye are added to the intermediate liquid and stirred continuously at room temperature to ensure homogeneity of the components. The mixture is then filtered and bottled as the finished product. This invention overcomes the bottlenecks of traditional single-methanol systems in terms of "partial crystallization" and "evaporation loss," maintaining a homogeneous liquid state even at -25℃ to -30℃, thus solving the problem of low-temperature nozzle clogging. Simultaneously, due to the addition of ethylene glycol and the action of the polymer modifier, the product's boiling point exceeds 100℃, ensuring stable performance even at high summer temperatures, achieving a comprehensive effect of "low-temperature anti-crystallization, high-temperature anti-evaporation, and year-round usability."

A high density, slow release gel toilet bowl foam shield composition and method of making same

The application discloses a high-density slow-release gel toilet foam shield composition and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of household cleaning. The composition has a density greater than 1.05 g / cm3 at 40 DEG C, has a gel-like form, can be stably sunk below a water seal liquid surface of a toilet, and controls a release rate of a surfactant, so that the 500 lm effective foaming times are greater than 3000 times. In order to realize the gel form, three parallel technical paths are provided, i.e., a coordination bond cross-linking path (a multivalent metal salt + a chelating agent), a physical thickening path (a water-soluble high molecular polymer + a weight-increasing solvent), and a pH response gel path (a carbomer + a neutralizing agent). The composition has the advantages of anti-dilution, long-acting foaming, high transparency, long-term storage stability and the like.
