The invention discloses a
starch film slow-release patch for promoting
wound healing and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps that 1, silymarin,
centella asiatica extract,
aescin,
aloe polysaccharide,
lithospermum erythrorhizon extract,
olive oil,
lecithin and
cetostearyl alcohol polyether are taken and mixed to be uniform,
phosphatidylinositol and deionized water are added, low-speed stirring and high-speed shearing are conducted in sequence at the temperature of 25-35 DEG C, and the
starch film slow-release patch for promoting
wound healing is obtained; the microcrystal nano-
emulsion is obtained; 2, adding
gelatin and
starch into deionized water, heating for 5-15 minutes at 60-80 DEG C while stirring, cooling to 40-50 DEG C, adding
citric acid,
calcium citrate,
glycerol,
ethylene glycol and the
crystal nano-
emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed paste liquid; 3, the mixed paste liquid is contained in a vacuumizing container, vacuumizing is conducted, and degassed mixed paste liquid is obtained; 4, carrying out
roll forming on the mixed paste to obtain a starch film; and 5,
cutting the starch film into the starch film slow-release patch. The starch film sustained-release patch prepared by the invention has good flexibility,
viscosity and air permeability, and is capable of stopping bleeding, resisting
inflammation and promoting
wound healing.
