detector; decomposing the full-wave-band three-dimensional data into a plurality of single-
wavelength chromatograms with independent wavelengths, and performing integral superposition on the single-
wavelength chromatograms to extract macroscopic component characteristics of the
test solution; extracting characteristic
ion flow signals of trace components in the
ion flow chromatogram data, and determining microscopic component characteristics of the test solution; carrying out
feature fusion on the macroscopic component features and the microscopic component features; and constructing a standard control atlas
database of a
standard solution corresponding to the
poppy fruit extract, and calculating the similarity between the fusion component characteristics and the standard component characteristics to determine the product quality of the poppy fruit extract. According to the method, the reliability and accuracy of quality detection of the poppy fruit extract can be improved.
