The invention discloses a silk-fibroi and hyaluronic-acid (HA) composite gel for injection and the preparation and application thereof. The composite gel is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 1 part of silk fibroi microspheres, 1-50 parts of hyaluronate and 0.08-4 parts of crosslinking agent.
