polysaccharide flushing glue solution for
surgical operation and a preparation method of the anti-adhesion biological
polysaccharide flushing glue solution. The anti-adhesion biological
polysaccharide flushing glue solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by
mass: 5-30 parts of
sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1-5 parts of polyoxyethylene with the molecular weight of 1,500,000-2,000,000 Daltons, 2-16 parts of
sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 1,200,000-2,000,000 Daltons and 80-100 parts of water for injection. The preparation method comprises the steps of alkalization of the natural
plant fibers, carboxymethylation modification of the natural
plant fibers,
dissolution and mixing of prepared anti-adhesion liquid, emulsification treatment and sterilization filling. Natural
plant fibers are used as raw materials, high-purity
sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is prepared through a modification technology, and the sodium
carboxymethyl cellulose is used as a basic framework of a glue solution and can be maintained to be incompletely degraded in an adhesion generation period
in vivo, so that the stability of a
physical barrier is ensured;
sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight matched with the anti-adhesion effect and polyoxyethylene for improving the strength and adhesiveness of the flushing fluid are screened and form a synergistic
system with synchronous degradation and complementary strength with sodium carboxymethyl
cellulose.
