The invention discloses a method of extracting flavonoid glycosides from grosvenor monordica leaves and a product thereof. The method comprises the following steps: taking Grosvenor monordica leaves, boiling the Grosvenor monordica leaves with water, carrying out extraction and filtration twice to three times, each extraction lasting 50 to 100 min, combining filtrates, carrying out adsorption on an obtained filtrate by using a macroporous resin, rinsing the resin with water until effluent is colorless, carrying out elution by using ethanol or absolute methanol, collecting eluent, removing ethanol or methanol, placing the eluent in a refrigerator for 20 to 30 h, allowing precipitate to deposit, dissolving the precipitate with absolute ethanol, carrying out filtration and evaporating an obtained filtrate so as to obtain a crude extract, kaempferol-3,7-a-L-dirhamnoside. The extraction method provided in the invention is simple, scientific and reasonable, has strong feasibility and enables an obtained extract product to have a high purity, wherein, the purity of a refined extract product is higher than 95%; the extract product obtained in the invention has good free radical scavenging activity and a wide application prospect. In addition, application of the method enables full utilization of considerable waste grosvenor momordica leaves to be realized, thereby improving the utilization rate of natural resources and reducing waste.

New coumarin active content, preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a new coumarin active content, i.e. pigeon pea lactone extracted and separated from cajan leaves, an extraction and separation method and an application thereof. The structure of the compound is shown as a figure 1. The invention adopts the technical scheme that agricultural waste of cajan leaves is used as raw material which is extracted by a solvent; the extracting solution is concentrated and dispersed in water; an ultrasonic oscillation flocculation technology, a bubble column extraction technology and a column chromatography separation technology in positive-phase silica gel are adopted and combined with a low-temperature crystallization and recrystallization technology to obtain the content with the purity higher than 95 percent; and the anti-oxidation activity and the action of the chemical content on cardiovascular diseases are detected by a DPPH model, a beta-renieratene-linoleic acid model, an in-texture SOD enzyme model, a platelet aggregation model induced by ADP in corpora and an aorta systole model induced by phenylephrine. Results show that the active content has favorable free radical scavenging activity, anti-oxidation activity in corpora and in vitro, platelet aggregation restraining action in corpora and a certain hemangiectasis action. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the pigeon pea lactone in the invention is easy and practical and can obtain a product with high purity high yield and high added value in a short period which is suitable for industrialized production and application, can be further developed and researched into a new antioxidant as an additive for medicines, foods and cosmetics.

The invention discloses a method for screening active constituents capable of eliminating free radicals from natural products, belonging to the technical field of separation and detection of natural products. The method comprises the following steps: 1) obtaining a constituent chromatogram by separating the constituents in natural products through chromatography ; 2) pumping the free radical solution into a post column reaction system; 3) carrying out liquid phase chromatographic separation on the extracted natural products again according to the operational conditions in step 1), and carryingout the reaction between the chromatographic separation constituents and the free radicals in the post column system; 4) sending the reaction product to a detector, and eliminating the free radicalsby active constituents capable of eliminating free radicals to form a negative peak; and 5) comparing the negative peak with the constituent chromatogram to determine the substance capable of eliminating free radicals. In the method of the invention, a fast separation means of high performance liquid chromatography and a measuring method of free radicals are combined to realize fast and efficientscreening of the active constituents capable of eliminating free radicals from natural products, thus reducing the waste of resources and manpower and having little requirement on natural products.
