4 results about "Lipoxygenase" patented technology

Lipoxygenases (EC 1.13.11.-) are a family of (non-heme) iron-containing enzymes most of which catalyze the dioxygenation of polyunsaturated fatty acids in lipids containing a cis,cis-1,4- pentadiene into cell signaling agents that serve diverse roles as autocrine signals that regulate the function of their parent cells, paracrine signals that regulate the function of nearby cells, and endocrine signals that regulate the function of distant cells.

A feed low-temperature sterilization method based on synergistic effect of composite biological enzymes

This invention discloses a low-temperature sterilization method for feed based on the synergistic effect of a complex bioenzyme, comprising the following steps: a pretreatment stage; a dynamic reaction stage: under conditions of 40-50℃ and 60%-70% humidity, the enzyme-catalyzed reaction lasts for 30 minutes, decomposing the microbial structure; and residual enzyme activity is inactivated by short-term pulsed ultraviolet light. The complex enzymes include lysozyme, thermophilic protease, and lipoxygenase, and the nano-chitosan carrier is mixed with the complex enzymes at a mass ratio of 1:1. This invention avoids the destruction of heat-sensitive nutrients by operating at low temperature (40-50℃), achieves broad-spectrum sterilization by utilizing the synergistic effect of the complex enzymes, covering various microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, and spores, and simultaneously uses ultraviolet inactivation technology to ensure no chemical residues, protecting animal health and environmental safety. This method has low equipment cost, is easy to operate, and has no public acceptance issues, providing a green, efficient, and economical solution for the feed processing industry, significantly improving the efficiency and safety of feed sterilization technology.

Baking process of fragrant tea leaves

The invention relates to a baking technology of fragrant tea leaves, and belongs to the technical field of tea leaf processing. In the tea leaf preparation process, supercritical CO2 extraction is used, activated carbon adsorption is used for effectively removing caffeine in tea leaves, meanwhile, activated carbon is soaked with an ethanol solution and then alternately soaked with acid and alkali, the removal efficiency of caffeine in the tea leaves can be improved, and the bitterness of the tea leaves is remarkably reduced; besides, cellulase, catalase and lipoxygenase are further selected for composite synergistic fermentation, the taste and fragrance of the tea leaves are obviously improved, the fermented leaves are subjected to fixation, rolling, baking, spreading and cooling and then mixed with the shaddock peel to be baked, and the taste and fragrance of the tea leaves can be obviously improved.
