The invention relates to a new coumarin active content, i.e. pigeon pea lactone extracted and separated from cajan leaves, an extraction and separation method and an application thereof. The structure of the compound is shown as a figure 1. The invention adopts the technical scheme that agricultural waste of cajan leaves is used as raw material which is extracted by a solvent; the extracting solution is concentrated and dispersed in water; an ultrasonic oscillation flocculation technology, a bubble column extraction technology and a column chromatography separation technology in positive-phase silica gel are adopted and combined with a low-temperature crystallization and recrystallization technology to obtain the content with the purity higher than 95 percent; and the anti-oxidation activity and the action of the chemical content on cardiovascular diseases are detected by a DPPH model, a beta-renieratene-linoleic acid model, an in-texture SOD enzyme model, a platelet aggregation model induced by ADP in corpora and an aorta systole model induced by phenylephrine. Results show that the active content has favorable free radical scavenging activity, anti-oxidation activity in corpora and in vitro, platelet aggregation restraining action in corpora and a certain hemangiectasis action. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the pigeon pea lactone in the invention is easy and practical and can obtain a product with high purity high yield and high added value in a short period which is suitable for industrialized production and application, can be further developed and researched into a new antioxidant as an additive for medicines, foods and cosmetics.

Preparation method of Hainan green plum stem extractive with function of scavenging free radicals

The invention discloses a Hainan green plum stem extractive with a function of scavenging free radicals and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding an organic solvent to Hainan green plum stem drying powder, and extracting; filtering an extracting solution, concentrating the filtered extracting solution under reduced pressure so as to obtain total extract, adding water, suspending, extracting sequentially by using petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, recovering under reduced pressure so as to respectively obtain a petroleum ether part and an ethyl acetate part, carrying out gradient elution on the obtained ethyl acetate part by using a chloroform and methyl alcohol mixed solvent system, wherein the chloroform and methyl alcohol component with the volume ratio of chloroform to methyl alcohol being 100: 30 has excellent free radical scavenging activity and comprises 16 resveratrol oligomers compounds. The Hainan green plum stem extractive prepared by the method is high in yield, simple in technological process, low in cost and suitable for large-scale preparation; and the obtained extractive has excellent free radical scavenging activity and can be applied to healthcare food, medicines and food with functions of resisting oxidation and scavenging free radicals.

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological fermentation, and particularly relates to an antioxidant composition and preparation and application of the antioxidant composition in food additives, and the antioxidant composition at least comprises a fermentation component which is obtained by co-fermenting corn-derived prolamin through bacillus subtilis and aspergillus niger and has the molecular weight smaller than 500 Da. Aspergillus niger and bacillus subtilis are adopted to conduct co-fermentation on zein, fermentation components with the molecular weights smaller than 500 Da, 500-1000 Da, 1000-1500 Da and 1500-3000 Da are obtained through ultrafiltration separation, and it is found through comparison of the antioxidant activity of the fermentation components that the zein with the molecular weights smaller than 500 Da has the strongest hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity and DPPH free radical scavenging activity, and the zein with the molecular weights smaller than 500 Da has the strongest hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity and the strongest DPPH free radical scavenging activity; meanwhile, it is surprisingly found that after fermentation components with the molecular weight smaller than 500 Da and the molecular weight ranging from 1000 Da to 1500 Da are compounded, new performance is shown, the antioxidant activity is more stable, and the strongest free radical scavenging activity is achieved in a water system and a grease system.
