They are found in plants, mainly in the seeds of cereal grains such as wheat (gliadin), barley (hordein), rye (secalin), corn (zein), sorghum (kafirin), and oats (avenin). The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying and crushing distiller's grains, removing oil and starch, obtaining a suspension in an alkaline environment through infrared irradiation, stirring, shearing and centrifuging the suspension to obtain a supernatant, adjusting the supernatant to be acidic, centrifuging the supernatant again, alcohol precipitation, drying to obtain an extract, and coupling reaction at a proper temperature and humidity.
