The invention belongs to the technical field of flexible pendulous accelerometers, and particularly relates to a permanent magnet torquer based on a silicon-based coil for an inertial navigation accelerometer. The permanent magnet torquer for the accelerometer provided by the invention comprises a yoke, a permanent magnet, a magnetic conducting sheet and the silicon-based coil, wherein the yoke islocated at the most bottom, the permanent magnet is fixed on the yoke, and the magnetic conducting sheet is fixed on an upper surface of the permanent magnet. A permanent magnet air gap is formed between the yoke and the magnetic conducting sheet, the silicon-based coil is located in the permanent magnet air gap, and when the permanent magnet torquer is at work, the silicon-based coil is fixed onan accelerometer pendulum sheet through a coil cushion block. According to the permanent magnet torquer provided by the invention, an enameled wire wound coil of the permanent magnet torquer of the accelerometer is replaced by the silicon-based coil, thereby effectively reducing the thermal stress between the accelerometer pendulum sheet and the coil of the permanent magnet torquer, and meanwhilereducing the viscoelasticity of the coil. The silicon-based coil has better spatial stability in a permanent magnet magnetic circuit and can significantly improve the scale factor stability of the accelerometer.

The photo-induced polymer holographic material comprises polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic amide, N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, methylene blue, triethanol amine and nano-silicon dioxide. The preparation process comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the polyvinyl alcohol to deionized water and obtaining a polyvinyl alcohol solvent; secondly, dissolving the N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide in the deionized water, respectively adding nano-silicon dioxide granules and the acrylic amide and uniformly stirring; thirdly, adding the triethanol amine to the solvent obtained from the second step and fully stirring; fourthly, simultaneously adding the methylene blue and the mixed solvent prepared from the third step to the polyvinyl alcohol solvent and obtaining a photopolymer collosol; and fifthly, pouring the collosol on a glass substrate and obtaining a photopolymer dry film after the water is volatized. The materials simultaneously have great refractive index modulation degree and space stability, have the diffraction efficiency reaching 93 percent and are suitable for photo-holographic storage.

The filtrate loss reducer is prepared from acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonate, allyl polyethylene glycol and ammonium triethoxylallylbromide, wherein the molar ratio of the four monomers is (8.1-20.2):(9-15.2):(2.1-4.3):(8-10). The filtrate loss reducer can be effectively adsorbed on clay particles, meanwhile, hydration groups, namely sulfo groups and hydroxyl groups can bring an adsorbed hydration layer to the clay particles, steric stability of a disperse system is enhanced, the situation that fine particles aggregate to form dense mud cakes is effectively suppressed, and therefore the effect of filtrate loss reduction is achieved. Vander Waals force and electrostatic attraction exist between cationic quaternary ammonium groups and the clay particles with negative charges on surfaces, and therefore the filtrate loss reducer can be firmly adsorbed on the surfaces of the clay particles; steric hindrance generated by long side chains of polyoxyethylene groups can enhance the rigidity of main chains, and therefore the temperature resistance of a polymer is improved.
