The real-time digital audio filtering system is composed of a high cut-off filter bank module, a low cut-off filter bank module, a subtracter module, a sampling rate synchronous interpolator module and a sampling rate converter module. The invention discloses a microwave sensor based on SSPP and a movable resonator and a measuring method of the microwave sensor. The microwave sensor is used for simultaneously and independently measuring the dielectric constant and biaxial linear displacement of a material. The sensor adopts a double-layer PCB structure; the lower layer PCB is integrated with an SSPP structure to form a low-pass filter, and the cut-off frequency of the low-pass filter is sensitive to the dielectric constant of a material to be detected; the upper PCB serves as a pure dielectric layer, limits two displacement areas and guides the two sliding blocks embedded with the independent ring resonators to slide. The two ring resonators generate two independent notch frequencies in a passband of the filter, and the reflection phases of the two ring resonators are in linear relation with the displacement of the corresponding sliding blocks respectively. The core of the invention lies in that material sensing and double-displacement sensing are completely decoupled in electromagnetic response and do not interfere with each other, and multi-parameter synchronous measurement on a single compact device is realized; the device can effectively achieve the measurement of the dielectric constant and two independent linear displacements of the material at the same time, achieves the complete decoupling of a sensing signal, and avoids the problems in the aspects of cross sensitivity and the like.

The invention provides a method for extracting high-frequency characteristics of an indium-phosphorus heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT). The method comprises the following steps: acquiring S parameter test data of InP HBTs with different sizes; extracting element parameters based on the test S parameters and the T-type small-signal equivalent circuit model of the InP HBT; obtaining a forward current gain and a unidirectional power gain under the radio frequency condition; constructing a frequency extraction model; obtaining a cut-off frequency and a maximum oscillation frequency; and constructing a geometric scalable model of the cut-off frequency and the maximum oscillation frequency based on the change rule of the cut-off frequency and the maximum oscillation frequency along with the size of the device. According to the invention, the method for extracting the cut-off frequency and the maximum oscillation frequency is defined by using the test S parameter; through testing under the multi-size and multi-bias condition, the effectiveness of the method is verified, the precision of the model is improved, and meanwhile, the time for extracting the cut-off frequency and the maximum oscillation frequency is greatly shortened.
