    • gripping devices at a proximal region of the branches or of the instrument for bringing the branches together,

The prepared composite material has the characteristics of low density, large specific surface area, super-hydrophobicity, low thermal conductivity, and the like. The strength and toughness of the material are also greatly improved. The carbon-rich silicon carbide fiber has an infrared shielding effect, such that composite material thermal insulation effect and ultra-high-temperature stability can be improved.

As the molecular structure of a thickening agent contains a biparental monomer unit, a reversible super-molecule network can be formed in an aqueous solution through intermolecular hydrophobic association, and the high viscosity and the suspending power required by the fracturing fluid can be obtained without needing chemical crosslinking. The association-type non-crosslinking fracturing fluid based on the thickening agent has the characteristics of simple composition, low residue content, low damage, low friction, shear resistance, temperature resistance and salt resistance and can turn into a new generation of fracturing fluid system for replacing guanidine gum and fracturing fluid thereof.

The invention discloses a method for preparing porcelain granules by using fly ash, which comprises the following steps: putting fly ash, potassium feldspar and quartz as raw materials into a ball mill respectively, dry-milling the raw materials, sieving the milled raw materials respectively, removing iron from the sieved fly ash, putting the fly ash after iron removal, the sieved potassium feldspar and quartz and kaolin into the ball mill, and wet-milling and evenly mixing the materials to form mixed slurry; and granulating the mixed slurry by adopting a pressure type spray granulator, putting the granules into an alumina crucible, placing the alumina crucible into a silicon-carbon rod resistance furnace, sintering and naturally cooling the granules, and taking out the granules to obtain the high-strength porcelain granules. The method for preparing the porcelain granules by using the fly ash is not only favorable for saving natural resources and reducing the production cost, but also favorable for environmental protection. The fly ash does not need to be crushed by a high-power crusher, and the fly ash is mixed evenly. The production process is easy to control, and has little energy consumption; the strength of the prepared fly ash porcelain granules can reach 60 to 120MPa; and the porcelain granules have good properties of light weight, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, and can be used as a fracturing propping agent for middle and deep layer oil-gas fields.

The method comprises preparation of unsaturated polyester-imide and processing of paint mixing, wherein the unsaturated polyester-imide is prepared by the following steps: first step, adding polylol, dibasic acid or estolide into a reaction kettle according to a mol ratio of 1.05-1.5:1; stirring and heating the mixture to a temperature of between 160 and 170 DEG C; preserving the heat for 0.5 to 2 hours; and slowly heating the mixture to a temperature of between 200 and 205 DEG C until the acid value is no less than 50 mg KOH/g; and second step, cooling the mixture to a temperature of between 110 and 120 DEG C, adding trimellitic anhydride and diamine with the mol ratio of 2:1, and preserving the heat at a temperature of between 130 and 150 DEG C until the material is transparent; and after 1 hour of heat preservation, slowly heating the material to a temperature of between 200 and 205 DEG C until the acid value is no less than 30 mg KOG/g. Machine winding dipped by the solventless resin has the advantages of small volatilization loss, high filling rate, few times of paint dipping, short baking time, strong binding power, excellent performance of electrical appliance, environmental pollution reduction, and the like.
