A method for producing a fucoxanthin-containing composition, having: a step for mixing (A) fucoxanthin, (B) one or more emulsifiers selected from the group consisting of a glycerin fatty-acid ester, a polyglycerin fatty-acid ester, a sucrose fatty-acid ester, and lecithin, and (C) one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of cyclodextrin and a gum; and a step for drying the obtained composition.
