A modified silicate-polyurethane two-component grouting reinforcement material

PendingCN122255712Ahomogeneous compatibilityobvious macro stratificationMeth-Silanes
This invention describes a modified silicate-polyurethane two-component grouting reinforcement material, comprising component A and component B, which are mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio before use. Component A, by mass percentage, consists of the following components: water glass: 94%; glycerol: 1%; glyceryl ester compounds: 1%; silane coupling agent: 1%; water: 3%. Component B, by mass percentage, consists of the following components: polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate PM-200: 65%; dibutyl phthalate (DBP): 35%. This invention utilizes the synergistic effect of glyceryl ester compounds and silane coupling agents. The glyceryl ester compounds reduce the interfacial tension between the aqueous and oil phases and promote the uniform dispersion of the silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent forms a chemical bridge between the inorganic and organic phases, enabling the originally incompatible aqueous and oily agents to form a homogeneous and compatible system. The resulting solidified body has a compressive strength of 24.6 MPa and a bond strength of 3.8 MPa, making it suitable for seepage prevention and sealing in underground engineering and for surrounding rock reinforcement.
