This invention discloses a lateral flow
chromatography test strip based on
liposome-gold
hybrid material, comprising a base plate and a sample pad, a conjugation pad, a reaction membrane, and an absorbent pad sequentially connected to the base plate along the
chromatography direction. A detection line and a
control line are sequentially arranged on the reaction membrane along the
chromatography direction. The
liposome-gold
hybrid material modified with a detection probe contained in the conjugation pad, the
streptavidin-modified capture probe contained in the detection line, and the target miRNA can specifically bind to the detection line to form a sandwich structure and develop color. The
streptavidin-modified control probe contained in the
control line can capture the
liposome-gold
hybrid material modified with the detection probe and develop color. This lateral flow chromatography test strip detects target miRNA based on the color development and intensity of the detection line, exhibiting high sensitivity and accuracy, low
detection limit, good
repeatability, short detection time, and simple operation. It requires only one sample addition step to detect one or more
bladder cancer biomarkers, eliminating the need for complex instruments and equipment, and is cost-effective, showing promising application prospects in
in vitro rapid detection.
