cryptococcus sp. Y3 to control grape black mold. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out activated culture on
cryptococcus lactis Y3, centrifuging to obtain thalli, preparing a
yeast suspension by using sterile normal
saline,
punching the surface of a grape, injecting the
yeast suspension, and then injecting an A.niger
spore suspension, thereby effectively controlling the grape
aspergillus niger
disease. Or the
yeast suspension is directly and uniformly sprayed on the surfaces of the grapes, and the grapes are naturally aired, so that the control of the
aspergillus niger
disease after harvesting of the grapes can be realized. According to the method, the infection of the
aspergillus niger on the grapes can be efficiently controlled by using the
cryptococcus sp. Y3 for the first time, and the
control effect is remarkable; within 3 days
after treatment, cryptococcus lactis Y3 successfully inhibits
aspergillus niger from infecting grape pulp;
after treatment for 24 hours, the
disease incidence of the
aspergillus niger is reduced by 28.56% through the cryptococcus lactis Y3, and the cryptococcus lactis is convenient to operate, safe,
environmentally friendly and wide in market application prospect.
