According to the nano-silver antibacterial composite and the preparing method of the nano-silver antibacterial composite, the chitosan with the small molecule quantiy and good water solubility is selected and used as a raw material, chemical modification is conducted on the chitosan by using small molecules which are capable of having chelation with nano-silver particles, the modified chitosan is arranged on the surfaces of the nano-silver particles in a covalent modification mode, and the novel nano-silver antibacterial composite is prepared. The prepared nano-silver antibacterial composite modified by the modified chitosan has good water solubility and dispersibility and can be stably dispersed in a water solution in a long term without aggregation under the conditions of high salinity and wide pH. The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano silver antibacterial mother liquor through two-step polymerization, belonging to the field of nano materials. The preparation method comprises the steps of: firstly initiating oil-soluble monomers to polymerize in an aqueous solution by using an oil-soluble initiator to obtain a polymer core; then adding water-soluble monomers to polymerize into a polymer shell; and adding silver nitrate and then reducing to finally obtain the nano silver antibacterial mother liquor with good antibiotic property. The nano silver antibacterial mother liquor uses core-shell-structure polymer latex particles as the carrier so that the mother liquor has good stability. The material is prepared by taking polyvinyl alcohol, chitosan, vinyl amine-copolymerized-3-allyl-5,5-dimethyl hydantoin as raw materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniform blend spinning is carried out on the polyvinyl alcohol and the chitosan to obtain a material as an innermost-layer nanofiber membrane and an outermost-layer nanofiber membrane, andan auxiliary antibacterial effect and a mechanical supporting effect are achieved; an intermediate layer is prepared by carrying out blend spinning on the polyvinyl alcohol and the vinyl amine-copolymerized-3-allyl-5,5-dimethyl hydantoin, and a main antibacterial effect is achieved; and a three-layer nanofiber membrane obtained by spinning is placed in glutaraldehyde steam for cross-linking treatment. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and feasible and is controllable in condition, and the composite antibacterial electrostatic spinning nanofiber membrane is excellentin interception effect and sterilization effect and has important value and significance in the field of antibacterial filtering materials for masks.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a long-lasting antibacterial polyacrylate emulsion. A polymerisable emulsifier containing cationic groups and nonionic groups serves as a main component; and the long-lasting antibacterial polyacrylate emulsion can be prepared through emulsion polymerization without compounding. The long-lasting antibacterial polyacrylate emulsion comprises the following components in part by weight: 25 to 40 parts of hard monomer, 20 to 30 parts of soft monomer, 1.5 to 5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0 to 5 parts of modifier, 1.5 to 3 parts of polymerisable emulsifier containing cationic groups and nonionic groups, 1 to 2 parts of pH value buffer, 0.2 to 0.5 part of initiator and 45 to 55 parts of deionized water. Antibacterial groups are fixed on a resin structure in a way of chemical bonds, so the defect of adding an antibacterial agent by a physical method is overcome, and the emulsion is not easy to erase and dissolve and has a long-lasting antibacterial effect. At the same time, the emulsion also has very high freeze thawing resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, contamination resistance, storage stability and stability of electrolyte resistance; moreover, a dope has a long-lasting antibiotic property after the long-lasting antibacterial polyacrylate emulsion is added into the dope without additional addition of other antibacterial agents.
