The invention relates to a metal base polyquaternary ammonium salt silica gel coating antibacterial finishing technology. The technology comprises the following steps: high-efficiently shearing and mixing double terminated vinyl silicone oil, dimethyl silicone oil, silicone oil containing hydrogen, EP-DC5700, PETA, and nano silver at room temperature so as to obtain an antibacterial coating silica gel; painting the prepared antibacterial coating silica gel on a basic material by using a painting knife, wherein the coating amount of the coating layer gel is 10 to 50 g/cm<2>; fixing the basic material coated by the antibacterial coating silica gel on transmission rollers arranged on the front side and rear side of a coating machine, and then placing the basic material in a conveying belt frame of a 200 KeV low-energy electronic accelerator to carry out a radiation curing treatment. An electronic beam radiation curing technology is adopted, and the technology has the advantages of high efficiency, short technological process, and long-lasting effect; the polyquaternary ammonium salt silica gel is well combined with fiber molecules under the radiation; the modified fiber has a long-lasting bacterium killing effect, will not penetrate into the skin and cause adverse effects such as secondary infection, has a good safety property, can effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria, and has good properties of thermal stability, weatherability, ultraviolet resistance, hygroscopicity and softness. The coating material can also be applied to various textures, can be used as a surface coating, and has the advantages of long lasting effect, no toxicity, and no pollution.
