Clotrimazole is used to treat skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and other fungal skin infections (candidiasis). This medication is also used to treat a skin condition known as pityriasis (tinea versicolor), a fungal infection that causes a lightening or darkening of the skin of the neck, chest, arms, or legs.
Methods and compositions for treating hemorrhoids

The mixture of metronidazole, clotrimazole and chlorhexidine can be applied to contact the hemorrhoids to relieve and / or reduce the symptoms caused by the hemorrhoids. Various application forms including solid forms and solution forms of the mixture of compounds can be used to treat the hemorrhoids.
