verification, the three strains are completely compatible and have no
mutual inhibition effect. The method comprises the following steps: respectively and independently activating the three strains, carrying out enlarged culture, preparing single bacterial liquid with the OD600 value of 1.0, and uniformly mixing according to a volume ratio, so as to obtain the novel composite biocontrol
flora for preventing and treating the cotton
verticillium wilt. According to the invention, antagonistic bacillus and growth-promoting bacillus with complementary functions are screened, single
bacteria are independently cultured and then are compounded according to a ratio of 1: 1: 1 to construct a composite
flora, so that the synergistic interaction of efficient prevention and control of cotton
verticillium wilt, cotton
growth promotion and
soil phosphorus solubilization is realized.
