The invention discloses a
tinea capitis detection method and device based on multi-channel
fluorescence sensing, and the method comprises the steps: transmitting composite
wave band excitation light to a to-be-detected
scalp region, collecting a
fluorescence spectrum
signal and a
short wave infrared diffuse reflection signal, and constructing a multi-mode optical
signal; according to the environment baseline signal, adaptive filtering
processing based on
variational mode decomposition, blind
source separation and correction are carried out on the multi-mode optical signal, and a net
fluorescence signal is generated;
spectral data cube construction and
decomposition are carried out on the net fluorescence signals, and RGB three-color
fluorescence intensity values are extracted; generating a fluorescence distribution lattice diagram according to the RGB three-color
fluorescence intensity value, converting the fluorescence distribution lattice diagram into a
recurrence plot matrix, and identifying a fungal infection area; performing super-pixel segmentation and
spectral clustering on the fungal infection region to obtain multi-scale texture features and heterogeneity sub-region labels; and identifying the
tinea capitis type and the infection degree grade based on the
recurrence plot matrix, the multi-scale texture features and the heterogeneity sub-region labels. The efficiency and accuracy of
tinea capitis detection can be effectively improved.
