The invention relates to a technique for regulating soil
nutrient elements and a technique for treating and handling
solid waste, in particular to a
soil phosphorus activator and a manufacturing method thereof, which solves the problems that farmland soil is low in
phosphorus effectiveness and
fertilizer phosphorus is rapidly fixed after entering the soil. According to
dry weight ratio, the activator comprises 35 to 45 portions of
vitamin C
fermentation waste residue, 35 to 45 portions of lignite, 3 to 5 portions of
sawdust, 3 to 5 portions of natural
zeolite powder, 10 to 14 portions of
coal cinder. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of mixing the Vc
fermentation waste residue with the lignite and the
sawdust,
retting the mixture for 3 to 5 days at a normal temperature, adding the
coal cinder to the mixture, composting the mixture for 4 to 6 days at a medium temperature, air-
drying and sifting the mixture, adding the natural
zeolite powder to the mixture, evenly mixing and separately packaging the obtained product and obtaining a finished product. The
soil phosphorus activator has the advantages that the activator is friendly to environment, simple in process and low in cost, and can be applied to farmland alone or be mixed with chemical
fertilizer for application.
