The invention discloses a method for determining the use quantity of a phosphate fertilizer based on available phosphorus in a land. The method comprises the following steps that step 1, according tothe soil phosphorus level, the land is divided into a phosphorus deficient area, a suitable area and a high phosphorus area, and then the return rate K of the phosphorus in the land in season is determined; step 2, the formula for obtaining the phosphorus requisite amount C and the available phosphorus soil fertility yield of different crops is YOlsen-P through long-term monitoring and research; step 3, according to different soil textures, a correction coefficient A is established; step 4, according to a wheat yield target Yt, a model IP equal to C*(Yt-YOlsen-P)*(1+K)*A is established. By establishing a phosphate fertilizer variable fertilization model and using a phosphorus big data platform, a phosphate fertilizer recommendation system based on the available phosphorus level is developed to achieve precise phosphorus application. The method has the advantages that variable phosphorus application can be carried out, the phosphorus application amount can be accurate to 0.5 kg/mu, thereby reducing the situation that the more phosphate fertilizer or less phosphate fertilizer is applied so that crops can be stably produced.

Phosphorus-dissolving penicillium oxalicum with broad spectrum acid production feature

The invention discloses phosphorus-dissolving penicillium oxalicum with a broad spectrum acid production feature. The preservation number of the phosphorus-dissolving penicillium oxalicum is CCTCC No.M2019233. The phosphorus-dissolving penicillium oxalicum can grow well in a solid culture medium using calcium phosphate or iron phosphate as the only phosphorus source, the penicillium oxalicum canutilize insoluble phosphorus compounds as the growth substance after being cultured for 48 hours, and the penicillium oxalicum can grow a large number of colonies after being cultured for 3-7 days; ina liquid culture medium, the penicillium oxalicum can efficiently utilize calcium phosphate or iron phosphate with the maximum concentration being 50g/L to produce up to 2500mg/L of soluble phosphate. The penicillium oxalicum in a culture medium added with solid calcium phosphate can produce oxalic acid, formic acid, malic acid, acetic acid and lactic acid through metabolism, and the secretion quantity reaches up to 215.73mg/L. The microbial strain resource which is separated from a soil environment for the first time has a good application value in farmland soil phosphorus improving, soil fertility improving and soil heavy metal contamination comprehensive treatment promoting.

Method for improving phosphorus condition of soil based on reutilization of red mud-based composite solid waste material

The invention provides a method for improving the phosphorus condition of soil based on reutilization of a red mud-based composite solid waste material. The method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing red mud with fly ash, cement and water, granulating the obtained mixture, and carrying out calcination-microwave activation treatment on obtained granules to obtain the red mud-based composite solid waste material; 2, applying the red mud-based composite solid waste material to phosphorus-containing wastewater adsorption; and 3, adding the red mud-based composite solid waste material subjected to phosphorus adsorption into acidic phosphorus-deficient soil in order to compensate phosphorus for the phosphorus-deficient soil and improve alkaline soil. The red mud-based composite solid wastematerial is activated by adopting a calcination-microwave combined activation process, the activated red mud-based composite solid waste material is applied to adsorption of inorganic element phosphorus in sewage, and the adsorbed material is applied to acidic phosphorus-deficient soil regions. Compared with a traditional environmentally-friendly red mud material, the red mud-based composite solidwaste material has the advantages of environmentally-friendly activation process, high activation material adsorption capability, high phosphorus removal efficiency and high solid waste utilization rate.

Soil phosphorus activator and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a technique for regulating soil nutrient elements and a technique for treating and handling solid waste, in particular to a soil phosphorus activator and a manufacturing method thereof, which solves the problems that farmland soil is low in phosphorus effectiveness and fertilizer phosphorus is rapidly fixed after entering the soil. According to dry weight ratio, the activator comprises 35 to 45 portions of vitamin C fermentation waste residue, 35 to 45 portions of lignite, 3 to 5 portions of sawdust, 3 to 5 portions of natural zeolite powder, 10 to 14 portions of coal cinder. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of mixing the Vc fermentation waste residue with the lignite and the sawdust, retting the mixture for 3 to 5 days at a normal temperature, adding the coal cinder to the mixture, composting the mixture for 4 to 6 days at a medium temperature, air-drying and sifting the mixture, adding the natural zeolite powder to the mixture, evenly mixing and separately packaging the obtained product and obtaining a finished product. The soil phosphorus activator has the advantages that the activator is friendly to environment, simple in process and low in cost, and can be applied to farmland alone or be mixed with chemical fertilizer for application.

Production method of efficient phosphorus-dissolving epicoccum sorghinum with characteristic of resisting heavy metals

The invention belongs to the field of environmental microorganisms, and particularly relates to a production method of efficient phosphorus-dissolving epicoccum sorghinum with the characteristic of resisting heavy metals. Through classification, the epicoccum sorghinum is identified. The production method includes the steps that copper tailing soil and sterile water are cultured in a mixed mode, and a heavy metal sterile mixed solution with the concentration suitable for the growth of thalluses is screened; repeated culture is conducted for six times; fourth-time culture liquid, fifth-time culture liquid and sixth-time culture liquid are sucked and added into culture mediums containing organic phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus for plate spread culture, culture dishes with a large numberof bacterial colonies are selected, plate streaking culture is conducted in the culture mediums containing the organic phosphorus and the inorganic phosphorus, and the bacterial colonies with obviousphosphorus-dissolving rings are screened; and culture purification results are subjected to shake cultivation, and finally screening purification is conducted to obtain phosphorus-dissolving bacterialstrains resisting the heavy metals. Efficient phosphorus-dissolving funguses resisting the heavy metals are screened from contaminated land, the soil phosphorus supply and demand contradiction can beadjusted, reclamation land soil in a mining area is improved, vegetation growth is promoted, the utilization ratio of heavy metal contaminated plowland soil phosphorus by crops is increased, and useof fertilizer is reduced.
