The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a nonwoven fabric treatment agent which is for imparting water repellency, which enables an improvement in emulsion stability, and which enables an improved wettability of the nonwoven fabric treatment agent with respect to fibers; and fibers which use the same. A nonwoven fabric treatment agent according to the present invention comprises a specific phosphate compound and a C3-6 monovalent to trivalent alcohol. In the nonwoven fabric treatment agent, when the total of P NMR integration ratios respectively attributed to specific phosphate esters Pa, Pb, Pc, and Pd and an inorganic phosphate is represented as 100%, the P NMR integration ratio attributed to the inorganic phosphate is not more than 55%, and the P NMR integration ratio attributed to the phosphate ester Pa is not less than 5%. The ratio NPi / NPa of the P NMR integration values NPa, NPi attributed to the phosphate ester Pa and the inorganic phosphate is not less than 0.6. The nonwoven fabric treatment agent has an acid value of 0.5-100 mgKOH / g.

Self-repairing microcapsule, phosphate coating and preparation method of self-repairing microcapsule and phosphate coating

The invention relates to a self-repairing microcapsule which is characterized by being prepared by the following steps: (1) stirring and mixing melamine, formaldehyde and deionized water, and carrying out addition reaction under an alkaline condition to form a water-soluble transparent prepolymer A; (2) dissolving diethyl aluminum hypophosphite and lauryl sodium sulfate in deionized water, adding organosilane and toluene, emulsifying to form a stable emulsion B, slowly pushing the emulsion B into the prepolymer A to obtain a polymerization solution, and completing polycondensation coating; and washing to remove the excessive prepolymer A, and drying to obtain the self-repairing microcapsule. The self-repairing microcapsule synthesized in the invention is biodegradable, green and environment-friendly, conforms to the current thought of green development, and can also be used as a repairing agent for other porous materials. According to the inorganic phosphate coating disclosed by the invention, the self-repairing microcapsules and the passivated aluminum particles are added into the phosphate coating, so that an effect of physically resisting a corrosive medium can be achieved.

The invention relates to thermophilic inorganic pyrophosphatase as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a method of hydrolyzing an inorganic pyrophosphate and producing a phosphate comprising the steps of: (a) subjecting the inorganic pyrophosphate to an enzymatic hydrolysis reaction in the presence of a thermophilic inorganic pyrophosphatase, thereby forming a product inorganic phosphate; wherein the substrate comprises an inorganic pyrophosphate; the thermophilic inorganic pyrophosphatase is derived from streptococcus thermophilus. The inorganic pyrophosphatase provided by the invention has high enzymatic activity and good thermal stability, the hydrolysis rate of pyrophosphoric acid is remarkably improved, and the inorganic pyrophosphatase shows remarkable application potential in the aspects of improving in-vitro transcription efficiency and PCR amplification efficiency.
