The invention discloses a non-oriented electric steel semi-organic phosphate insulating paint with good corrosion resistance. The semi-organic phosphate insulating paint comprises the following main components: water-soluble phosphate, tungstate, organic resin, water, a titanate coupling agent, an organic solvent and the like; and contents of the components of the insulating paint (parts by weight) based on 100 parts of the water-soluble phosphate by weight are as follows: 1-15 parts of the tungstate, 20-200 parts of the organic resin, 500-2000 parts of the water, 0.1-3 parts of the titanate coupling agent, 10-50 parts of the organic solvent and 0.1-3 parts of other paint addictives. Halogen-free flame retardant, halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin composition and application thereof

The invention relates to a halogen-free flame retardant, which is prepared by compounding an organic phosphoric acid compound with polyhydric alcohol according to the mass ratio of (1:10)-(10:1). A halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin composition comprising the halogen-free flame retardant is prepared from 60-90 parts by weight of polyolefin resin, 10-40 parts by weight of halogen-free flame retardant and 0.05-2 parts by weight of antioxygen. The halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin composition disclosed by the invention is used for preparing panel, fibre, film or foam materials. According to the invention, the traditional inorganic phosphoric acid substances are replaced by four micromolecular organic phosphoric acid substances used as the acid source and air source components of a halogen-free expansion flame-retardant system; organic phosphate is easier to carry out esterification reaction with polyhydric alcohol in the reaction process; due to the reaction extrusion blending manner, all fire retardant components and matrix resin are ensured to be dispersed uniformly; the blending efficiency is high; the pre-reaction phenomenon caused by long-time staying of materials in a screw can be prevented, thus being beneficial to improving the use efficiency of the flame retardant.
