The invention discloses a
resource utilization method of
papermaking white mud, which comprises the following steps: step 1, washing the
papermaking white mud by multi-stage gradient washing, and enabling the pH value of the white mud to be less than 9 after the washing is finished; step 2, filtering the washing
mixed solution in the step 1, and carrying out high-degree
calcination on the washed white mud obtained by filtering to obtain
calcium oxide; step 3, adding water into the
calcium oxide obtained in the step 2 to prepare a first
slurry, adding a dispersant cosolvent [1] into the first
slurry to obtain a second
slurry, and washing the second slurry with water; step 4, taking a
water washing solution of the second slurry as a
calcium-based filtrate, and introducing
carbon dioxide into the calcium-based filtrate to obtain a suspension of
calcium carbonate; step 5, filtering the suspension of
calcium carbonate obtained in the step 4, adding water into solids obtained by filtering to prepare third slurry, and adding
stearic acid saponification liquid into the third slurry to prepare nano
calcium carbonate; 6, slaked
lime is prepared from filter residues of the second slurry. According to the method, the white mud is recycled, and the economic value of white mud recycling is improved.
