Abstract

The nucleator is prepared with organic phosphate and its derivative, superfine inorganic oxide, aluminium-lithium compound and high level aliphatic salt as material. The organic phosphate includes alkyl methylene di(2,4-bialkyl phenoxy) phosphate and di[alkyl methylene di(2,4-bialkyl phenoxy)] phosphate. The preparation process includes mixing, grinding and sieving and obtains polypropylene nucleator to 0.5-100 micron diameter.
