fluorine-containing surfactant, an amphiphilic

mass ratio, performing high-pressure homogenization, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a secondary dispersion liquid; and adding a pH
response type polyelectrolyte into the secondary dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value of the
system to 6.5-8.0, and carrying out microjet homogenization to obtain the single-walled carbon
nanotube slurry with the single-beam content of more than or equal to 70%, the
viscosity of 500-5000 cP and D50 of less than or equal to 3 microns. According to the invention, on the premise of not introducing
metal impurities and obvious structure defects, efficient
beam splitting, long-term stable dispersion and batch consistency of the single-walled carbon nanotubes can be realized.
