The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an ardealite
geopolymer with retarding and anti-
cracking enhancing properties. The construction method comprises the following steps: pretreating ardealite
slag to obtain treated alpha-semi-hydrated ardealite, compounding pretreated F-grade low-
calcium fly ash, carrying out alkali excitation by using NaOH, adding 1-2% of a
biomass material, and finally carrying out maintenance. Wherein the
biomass material is formed by compounding modified cassava
starch and
raffinose according to a certain proportion. The
phosphogypsum-based composite
geopolymer prepared by the method can be used for road base materials, building wall materials,
thermal insulation materials and the like. Compared with the prior art, the
polysaccharide biomass material added in the invention can not only prolong the
geopolymer coagulation time, but also shorten the final
setting time and reduce the maintenance cost, and can also inhibit gel pores and microcracks caused by no continuous output of
ettringite in large-dosage
phosphogypsum; the later strength of the ardealite-based geopolymer is improved; the construction performance of the ardealite-based geopolymer The green biomass material cassava
