A method for determining the residue of a bactericide in fruit juice

This invention discloses a method for determining bactericide residues in fruit juice, belonging to the field of food analysis and detection technology. The method includes: applying a pulsed electric field of a preset frequency to the fruit juice sample to be tested, and acquiring the initial conductivity relaxation spectrum sequence generated during the relaxation phase; separating the characteristic spectral sub-sequence contributed by the directional polarization of bactericide molecules from the sequence, and extracting the decay time constant distribution vector; performing phase space reconstruction on this vector to generate a high-dimensional phase space trajectory matrix; calculating the recursive quantitative analysis characteristic parameters of the matrix, including recursion rate, determinism, and laminarity; and inputting the above characteristic parameters into a pre-constructed concentration inversion model to output the bactericide residue concentration. This method can accurately extract the characteristic response of bactericides from complex fruit juice matrices, achieving high-sensitivity concentration inversion.
