weight distribution accurate detection method based on WCX-SPE purification and a TFA modified mobile phase. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a TFA modified mobile phase solution and a soybean peptide mixed standard substance solution; (2) treating the soybean peptide sample by adopting'
centrifugation, filter membrane
filtration, WCX-SPE purification and
ultrafiltration '; (3) detecting the mixed standard substance solution and the soybean peptide sample by using a high performance liquid chromatograph; and (4) calculating molecular
weight distribution of the soybean peptide sample. According to the method, the
