A left mechanical pump is connected to a first main pipe through a stainless steel straight pipe. A right mechanical pump is connected to a molecular pump and a low-temperature refrigerator through a quick-release four-way valve. A sample inlet is connected to the first main pipe. The first main pipe is connected to a film gauge and a first active carbon furnace. A second main pipe is connected to a high-vacuum gauge pipe, a second active carbon furnace, the molecular pump, a zirconium-based furnace and a titanium sponge furnace. A third main pipe is connected to an ion vacuum gauge, an ion pump, a getter pump, a pressure stem valve assembly, and a third active carbon furnace. A fourth main pipe is connected to the low-temperature refrigerator, an inert gas isotope mass spectrometry host machine, and a quadrupole mass spectrometer. The use of the sample preparation system with functions of extraction and separation of inert gas comprises system vacuum-pumping, sample injection control, sample purification, sample separation, and component and isotope determination. Method for measuring benzo(a)pyrene in total particle phase matters in cigarette smoke gas

The invention discloses a method for measuring benzo(a)pyrene in total particle phase matters in a cigarette smoke gas, which comprises the following steps of: preparing solution of D12-benzo(a)pyrene as internal standard solution, wherein the concentration of the solution is between 100 to 300 ng/mL; preparing six standard series solution of the benzo(a)pyrene; collecting the total particle phase matters in the cigarette smoke gas, and adding cyclohexane into the total particle phase matters to perform ultrasonic extraction; adding an extraction liquid into the internal standard solution of the D12-benzo(a)pyrene to perform vacuum concentration, and performing GC-MS analysis on a sample after the vacuum concentration; and performing internal standard method quantification. The method overcomes the defects that in the prior art, a non-target compound has large interference to a target compound, the sample pretreatment process is complex and the analysis time is long; and the method for measuring the benzo(a)pyrene in the total particle phase matters in the cigarette smoke gas is provided by the invention, which reduces the interference of the non-target compound to the target compound, simplifies the sample purification process, is more accurate in quantification, has a high recovery rate and good repeatability and can be widely applied in the field of tobaccos.

Method for detecting enrofloxacin metabolic products in sea cucumber

The invention discloses a method for detecting enrofloxacin metabolic products in a sea cucumber, belonging to the technical field of aquatic product detection. The method comprises the following steps: sample extraction; sample purification; standard curve drawing; and structural analysis of conditions of instruments used in experiments and metabolic products. According to the invention, a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrum-ion trap technology is applied, and a pMRM method is adopted, so that the predictable metabolic products can be accurately determined, and low-concentration metabolic products can also be detected; and by adopting the unique MRM-IDA-EPI working mode of QTrap and adopting one-step sample injection, the MRM chromatograms of the corresponding metabolic products can be obtained, and MS2 mass spectrums can also be obtained. The method can be used for detecting 10 kinds of metabolic products including ciprofloxacin, and the mass spectrum response strengths of two kinds of newly found metabolic products are far higher than that of the ciprofloxacin. By using the method, the blank that no method for detecting the enrofloxacin metabolic products in the sea cucumber is provided at present in China is made up, and a novel reference ideal is provided for researching the metabolic products of other drugs and screening unknown drugs.
