This invention discloses a compound microbial agent and its preparation method suitable for alfalfa-maize rotation patterns in sandy loam black soil. The liquid compound microbial agent is prepared by mixing *Cavalleria zedoaria* JMB-20, *Streptomyces* JX-1, and *Bacillus hygroscopicus* JMB-131 bacterial solutions at a wet weight ratio of 1:1.2:1.5. The solid compound microbial agent is prepared by fermenting a mixture of the liquid compound microbial agent with soybean flour and alfalfa straw powder at a mass ratio of 1:10:200. This invention can promote the formation of soil aggregates through the extracellular polysaccharides secreted by *Bacillus hygroscopicus* JMB-131, and simultaneously promote the formation of a bioporous network through maize roots. After field application, it reduces soil bulk density, increases soil porosity and the proportion of water-stable large aggregates, and significantly improves soil physical properties.

In order to solve the problem of low carbon and nitrogen content and low productivity of newly reclaimed farmland soil, the present application utilizes the ability of chlorella and nitrogen-fixing anabaena to synergistically and efficiently fix carbon dioxide in the air into organic carbon stored in the soil, and at the same time, through the biological nitrogen fixation effect, the nitrogen in the air is converted into nitrogen available to plants, thereby effectively improving the carbon and nitrogen retention capacity of the soil.
