The invention discloses a trans-boundary synthetic
flora (SMC) for preventing and treating wheat
stem rot as well as preparation and application of the trans-boundary synthetic
flora. The synthetic bacterial
flora is prepared by compounding
Trichoderma harzianum T19 with the preservation number of CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) No: M 20251896,
bacillus subtilis BS-Z15 with the preservation number of CCTCC No: M 20251892, two strains of
growth promoting bacillus PM9 and PM16, and two strains of auxiliary bacillus S8 and S32 according to a specific proportion. Compared with an existing single antagonistic
bacterial agent, the synthetic flora disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the bacteriostasis rate of the synthetic flora on
Fusarium pseudograminearum under a non-sterile soil condition can reach 70% or above, and the
disease index is reduced by 70.01%; meanwhile, the
plant height of wheat is increased by 28.63%, the
root length is increased by 24.53%, the
fresh weight is increased by 181.21%, the
dry weight is increased by 184.64%, the thousand seed weight is increased by 10.39%, and the
rhizosphere microbial
community structure and the
soil enzyme activity are remarkably improved. The method can be used for green prevention and control and yield increase of basal
stem rot of wheat and other gramineous crops.
