The acidic soil improving agent is prepared by fully and uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80-90% of dry carbide slag, 5-15% of plant ash, 1-5% of polyacrylamide and 0.1-0.5% of chitosan, wherein the pH value of a mixture is 12-12.6.
