This invention discloses an agricultural
tillage device, belonging to the field of agricultural
tillage machinery technology. It includes a load-bearing component, a
power component, a
straw crushing component, and a
tillage and crushing structure. The
power component is mounted on the load-bearing component, while the
straw crushing component and the tillage and crushing structure are located at the front and rear bottom of the
power component, respectively. The power component uses a single
drive motor as its core, driving the front and rear drive shafts synchronously via a
transmission belt to provide stable power for
straw crushing and tillage and crushing. The transmission components employ a closed protective structure. The tillage and crushing structure is equipped with adjustable
tilling teeth, allowing for flexible adjustment of the installation angle and extension length. The load-bearing component features a screw-driven depth adjustment device for precise fine-tuning of the working depth. The straw crushing component uses follower blades in conjunction with crushing blades to achieve efficient straw crushing and returning to the field.
