This invention discloses a strain of *Pseudomonas nicosulfuron-methyl* capable of degrading multiple pollutants. Pseudomonas nicosulfuronedens HD1 and its applications belong to the field of functional microbial screening and application technology. This strain, originating from an aerobic composting environment of chicken manure (accession number GDMCC No:67351), can simultaneously and efficiently degrade nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPH), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and tetracycline antibiotics. In single pollutants at a concentration of 50 mg / L, the degradation rates of tetracycline and doxycycline exceeded 97% after 8 hours; the degradation rate of nitrofluoranthene reached 99.01% after 48 hours; and the degradation rate of phenanthrene reached 66.17%. In nitrofluoranthene-phenanthrene composite pollutants, the degradation rate remained above 78% after 48 hours. This strain exhibits high degradation efficiency and strong environmental adaptability, providing a new microbial resource for the bioremediation of multi-contaminated sites and possessing broad application prospects.
