A smart robot and method for cleaning biofouling on deep-sea mining hoses

This invention relates to the field of deep-sea mining hose cleaning technology, specifically to an intelligent robot and method for cleaning adsorbed organisms on deep-sea mining hoses. The robot includes two shells, with a power storage compartment inside each shell for storing power. It also includes a visual drug application device for monitoring bioadsorption on the mining hose and performing preliminary drug treatment, a vortex-flow erosion device for further treatment of adsorbed organisms, a positioning and detection device for monitoring the treated mining hose, treating stubborn residual adsorbents, and monitoring the overall condition of the mining hose, an AUV thruster, and a communication control device. The communication control device includes an ACN underwater acoustic communication module and an intelligent processing module. The invention also includes a cleaning method using this robot. This application features multi-level collaborative cleaning, significantly improving the efficiency of bioadhesion removal, intelligent closed-loop control, and fully autonomous operation, reducing labor costs.
