The invention relates to a face detection method based on an Adaboost algorithm, which comprises the steps of preprocessing a face image, performing skin color segmentation in an YCbCr color space, acquiring a face candidate region, further performing face detection according to the Adaboost algorithm, and matching a screened face region with a face template, wherein face image preprocessing comprises grayscale normalization, light compensation, filtering and noise reduction and geometric normalization; skin color segmentation comprises color space conversion, skin color segmentation performed by using a color scale model, and further face candidate region screening according to the area of a skin color connected region and the length-width ratio of an external rectangle; the Adaboost face detection algorithm comprises that weak classifiers are trained, the weak classifiers are combined into strong classifiers, and the strong classifiers are connected in series to form a cascade classifier; and face template matching comprises that the matching degree between the candidate face region acquired through processing and a face template is measured by using the weighted Euclidean distance. The face detection method improves the face detection speed and accuracy, and is easy to implement and operate, stable and reliable.

Ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and method

Provided is an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus with which elastic modulus can be safely measured with high accuracy over a wide area when measuring elastic modulus using shear wave generation. The ultrasound diagnostic apparatus comprises: an ultrasound probe (1) that sends and receives echo signals from inside a living body; a strain-computing unit (24) that receives an echo signal from the body by radiating a first displacement-detecting beam and computes strain information in a Region 1; a measurement position-selecting unit (40) that selects a Region 2, which is contained within Region 1 and is smaller than Region 1, as the elastic modulus-measurement position on the basis of the strain information; a displacement-generating unit (10) that radiates a focused beam that is the displacement-generating transmission beam into the body and displaces the tissue; an elastic modulus-computing unit (34) that receives an echo signal from the body by radiating a second displacement-detecting beam, detects the shear wave displacement that results from the focused beam, and computes the elastic modulus in Region 2; and a display unit (7) that displays the strain image that is based on the strain information in Region 1 and the elastic modulus. The display unit (7) also displays a color scale that represents the elastic modulus in the display area of the displayed strain image.

The invention relates to a punching device with a thin film positioning function and a laser hole cutting function. The punching device comprises a punching drive device, an upper template, a punching head and a clamping device located below the punching head. A machined piece is arranged in the clamping device. The punching device further comprises a main machine, a controller, a pressure control valve and an ultraviolet crack detector located below the machined piece. A photoelectric switch is arranged in the punching head. The machined piece is covered with thin film. The thin film is provided with a color scale used for photoelectric switch detection. The clamping device is arranged on a support. The ultrasonic crack detector is arranged on one side of the lower surface of the support with the help of a connecting rod. A laser hole cutting device is arranged on the other side of the lower surface of the support with the help of a bent frame. An indicator lamp connected with the main machine is arranged on the front side face of the upper template. Laser hole cutting and punching achieved through the punching head are combined so that punching can be conducted on metal plates, and the punching device is high in machining efficiency and less in punching burr; the punching device has the advantages of being accurate in positioning, convenient to operate and small in deformation.

The kit is advantage in simple preparation method, low cost, good B1 solution stability, high extraction rate, low detection time, no requirement on other experimental equipment and professional and technical personnel, easy implementation, convenient carrying, and suitability for on-site detection of visual colorimetry. Main reagents in the kit are provided in forms of working fluids, and are packaged independently. The reagents are easy to preserve, and are suitable for on-site applications. According to the detection method, a reaction is fast. Under room temperature, only 7-10 minutes are needed from sample treatment to detection result acquiring. All organic phases of the method are not soluble in water, such that waste liquids can be separated and recovered after detection, and can be processed and reused. Therefore, no secondary pollution is caused, and requirements of modern detection technologies are satisfied.
