This invention discloses an M-folding device, belonging to the field of medical dressing technology. It includes a folding structure, a roller conveying structure, and a 90° flipping structure. The folding structure comprises a frame, a conveyor plate, an input roller, a roller traction mechanism, and N folding plates. The input roller is located below and in front of the conveyor plate, and the roller traction mechanism is located adjacent to the rear of the conveyor plate. The folding plates are vertically arranged. The conveyor plate is arranged obliquely upwards from front to back and is composed of N+1 angular plates. Multiple angular plates are arranged in a fan shape with their apexes aligned. Folding plates are placed between adjacent angular plates, and the N folding plates and N+1 angular plates are arranged alternately. The folding plates extend from the front to the rear of the conveyor plate, with the lower side of the front end above the conveyor plate and the lower side of the rear end below the conveyor plate. Some or all of the angular plates fold the fabric, with a maximum number of folds of 2N-1. The height of the rear end of the angular plates is adjustable, and the distance between the lower rear end of the folding plate and the rear end of the angular plate is adjustable.
