Automatic dispenser apparatus

The invention is directed to improved automatic dispenser apparatus for dispensing sheet material and the like without contact between a user and the dispenser. Proximity detection apparatus is provided to detect the presence of a user in a detection zone generated outside the dispenser. Control apparatus controls actuation of the dispenser in response to the detected user. Preferred forms of the proximity detector include a sensor and a signal detection circuit operatively connected to the sensor. The sensor includes conductors configured to have a capacitance and positioned such that the capacitance is changed by the presence of a user within the detection zone. The signal detection circuit detects the change in capacitance and is provided with an oscillator having a frequency which is affected by the sensor capacitance and a differential frequency discriminator which detects changes in the oscillator frequency. The control apparatus receives the detected frequency change and generates a signal provided to actuate the dispenser to dispense the material. The dispenser control apparatus controls dispenser operation responsive to decreases in battery voltage which occur during the life cycle of the batteries and controls dispenser operation when the batteries near the end of such life cycle. Such control apparatus may be used with any type of battery powered dispenser, including hands-free dispensers and dispensers actuated by direct physical contact with the user.

The device uses the small gears fordriving the swing rods to swing back and forth; when the swing rods swing, a first transmission belt drives the cutting blades to rotationally cut to realize swing cutting; and a fixed disc and a ratchet are used for realizing intermittent one-way rotation of a lead screw to achieve intermittent feeding function of pipes so as to finally achieve equidistance cutting effect of pipe fittings.

Lift and transfer chair

A transfer chair has a chair frame, a seat, wheels, and a lift arm which has an articulated path between home and target positions. The articulated path may define a limited clearance height to allow use with, e.g., cars having a small door opening. In one embodiment the seat is split and moves to allow passage of the lift arm as it travels along the articulated path. The lift arm is articulated such that a lifting bridle attached to a distal end of the lift arm is maintained in a constant angular orientation with respect to the chair frame during movement. The lift arm further has multiple deployment paths for target positions with different heights and distances. A transfer seat for the lift arm includes two flexible webs removably attached to the lifting bridle. The lift arm is constructed using four links which are pivotally connected end-to-end. The links can be folded to a stowed position within the chair frame. An actuation mechanism uses a lead-screw actuator coupled to one of the links which lifts the remaining links by rotation about its pivotal attachment to the chair frame, and similarly uses another lead-screw actuator coupled to the next link. The actuation mechanism can be operated by an on-board motion control computer for controlling the trajectory and velocity of the arm. Sensors provide trajectory information to the on-board computer, and a docking switch can select one of a plurality of target trajectories for deploying the lift arm. A docking station integrated with the frame mates with a docking feature on the target object and stabilizes the chair while transferring the user. The docking station may include a receptacle for electrical connection to a power supply. A more comprehensive transfer system is provided using a path sensor which tracks a sensible path proximate the target object, and an electronic controller responsive to the path sensor which operates the drive wheels to follow the sensible path to a stowage location. The transfer chair drive wheels may be caregiver-operated using throttle handlebars.

Lightly doped regions can be made consistent in length, and the problem of too large leakage current can be avoided. According to the thin film transistor, an active layer, a gate insulation layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on a substrate base plate, and the active layer comprises a first poly-silicon region, lightly doped regions disposed on the two sides of the first poly-silicon region, and heavily doped regions disposed on one sides of the lightly doped regions. According to the method, dry etching is performed to form a barrier layer between the gate electrode and the gate insulation layer, wherein the barrier layer corresponds to the first poly-silicon region. The formation of the lightly doped regions of the active layer comprises the following steps: a poly-silicon layer is formed on the substrate base plate, wherein the poly-silicon layer includes a first poly-silicon region, second poly-silicon regions disposed on the two sides of the first poly-silicon region, and third poly-silicon regions disposed on one sides of the second poly-silicon regions; and the second poly-silicon regions are doped to form the lightly doped regions with the use of the barrier layer covering the first poly-silicon region as a mask.

The method comprises the steps of obtaining a seepage deformation similarity criterion on the basis of a fluid dynamics similarity criterion combined with alternate force acting item of medium on fluid; building a microscopic particle model on the basis of the seepage deformation similarity criterion combined with a particle flow method, wherein the model is consistent with a prototype in gravity horizontality; generating skeleton and filling particles under the conditions of zooming particle size distribution and maintaining the same porosity; conducting piping process simulation on the model, and outputting parameter information inside the model when the filling particles in the model reach the balance state or the skeleton particles are damaged; obtaining the actual numerical value by combining the seepage deformation similarity criterion with the parameter information inside the model, and feeding the actual numerical value back to the prototype so as to analyze the piping phenomenon. The numerical analysis method for the piping phenomenon conforms to the Darcy law and the non-Darcy law, the model can truly describe the prototype when two flow states exist at the same time, the problem that a conventional model or a centrifugal test cannot achieve same-ratio zooming of the particle diameter and the model is solved, and analysis is accurate.
