cut negative plate, and carrying out rolling treatment to obtain a first complex, S2, die-
cutting a positive
electrode membrane, and enabling the
projected area of the positive
electrode membrane to be smaller than the
projected area of the negative plate; s3, centrally placing the positive
electrode membrane on the surface of at least one side of the first composite body, and compounding through a hot flat pressing process; s4,
coating insulation glue along the periphery of the positive electrode diaphragm to prepare a second composite body; s5, carrying out
die cutting on a carbon-coated
aluminum foil current collector, laminating the second complex and the carbon-coated
aluminum foil, and compounding through an isostatic pressing process to prepare a laminated body; and S6, packaging the lamination body to obtain the all-solid-state battery. According to the invention, seamless
butt joint between the insulation paste and the tab strip material area can be realized, the contact between the exposed area of the tab and the negative electrode solid
electrolyte layer can be prevented, the
short circuit risk of the battery is reduced, and the tab is ensured not to be broken after isostatic pressing of the all-solid-state battery.
