This invention discloses a
visual detection method for part contours based on local tracking path planning. The method is as follows: 1. Establish the measurement coordinate
system required for visual measurement. 2. Obtain the coarse measurement panoramic contour. Take the circumscribed rectangle of the coarse measurement panoramic contour in the image as the detection area. 3. Preprocessing of the tiled intersection path. 4. Perform local measurement path planning using the A-GSAA
algorithm. 5. The probe device performs local tracking measurement according to the optimal measurement path, obtaining n local images; the n local images are stitched together using overlapping parts to extract the contour, obtaining the fine measurement contour. This invention uses A-GSAA to plan the measurement path for the local image shooting points extracted by tiled intersection, and adopts adaptive
crossover probability and
mutation probability. In the early stage of iteration, the
crossover probability and
mutation probability are maintained at a high level to promote the generation of new individuals, and the
crossover probability and
mutation probability are reduced in the later stage of iteration to avoid destroying good individuals.
