Electric transmission line single-terminal positioning method based on fault transient state and steady-state signal wave velocity difference

The invention discloses an electric transmission line single-terminal positioning method based on a fault transient state and a steady-state signal wave velocity difference. According to different fault types, different phases are selected as datum phases, phase-mode transformation is carried out on a transmission line fault current traveling wave signal and the fault current traveling wave mode signal for fault positioning is obtained; continuous wavelet transformation is carried out on the mode signal, the mode maximum value and the time corresponding to the mode maximum value of a wave tip wavelet transformation coefficient of a transient state initial traveling wave are extracted and the mode maximum value and the time corresponding to the mode maximum value of a wavelet transform coefficient on the scale corresponding to a steady-state signal are extracted. According to the propagation velocity difference of the mode signal and a transient state signal, the fault distance of an electric transmission line is comprehensively calculated. By means of the propagation velocity difference between the fault steady-state signal and the transient-state signal, the propagation velocity of the corresponding frequency is accurately determined according to the wavelet transform, and therefore the fault distance of the electric transmission line can be accurately calculated.

Disclosed is a method for layered culture and enrichment of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi spores. The method comprises the steps that a lower layer substrate, a middle layer substrate, an isolation net and an upper layer substrate are placed inside a culture container in a layered mode, sterile host plants are planted into the upper layer substrate; the culture container is placed into a container tray, and a drainage and suction opening is formed in the bottom of the culture container; a low-phosphorous nutrient solution is poured on the plant planting layer, a high-phosphorous nutrient solution is poured into the container tray, due to the fact that the culture container is divided into three layers and the middle layer is adopted as a buffer layer, the basic plant growth requirement is met by pouring the low-phosphorous nutrient solution into the plant planting layer, the lower layer substrate is subjected to siphoning of the high-phosphorous nutrient solution so as to maintain the lower layer high-phosphorous environment, meanwhile middle layer large particles cut off the siphoning from the bottommost layer to the plant planting layer, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi certainly will enter the lower layer in order to help a host to absorb phosphorous, and a larger number of spores are produced on the lower layer when the host plant is about to die, so that a large number of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi spores are obtained on the bottommost layer for single pore propagation and identification.

Plant point cloud segmentation method and system based on two-dimensional-three-dimensional integration and storage medium

The invention provides a plant point cloud segmentation method based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration. Firstly, multi-angle images of a plant are shot, then a three-dimensional point cloud model of the plant is reconstructed through a motion recovery structure (SFM) algorithm, and meanwhile the mapping relation between each image and the three-dimensional point cloud model is obtained. Preprocessing operations such as denoising are carried out on the reconstructed point cloud model, and a segmentation result based on the three-dimensional point cloud model is trained by using a Point Net network model. And meanwhile, based on the mapping relationship between each image and the three-dimensional point cloud model, a segmentation result is acquired based on the two-dimensional image of the plant through a MaskRCNN network. Finally, linear weighted integration is performed on the two-dimensional and three-dimensional results to obtain a final plant point cloud segmentation result. The invention also provides a system for realizing the plant point cloud segmentation method based on the two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration and a storage medium for enabling the processor to execute the plant point cloud segmentation method based on the two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration.
