An extended release dosage composition of pharmaceutically active substances that have a water contact angle (θ) such that cos θ is between +0.9848 and −0.9848 presented as a matrix tablet containing the said pharmaceutically active substances, with/without suitable pharmaceutical excipients in intimate mixture with two groups of intelligent polymers having opposing wettability characteristics, one demonstrating a stronger tendency towards hydrophobicity and the other a stronger tendency towards hydrophilicity, the polymer combination being between the ratios of 1:50 and 50:1 amounts effective to control the release of said pharmaceutically active substances in a mathematically predictable manner, wherein the polymer demonstrating a stronger tendency towards hydrophobicity is not less than 5% wt/wt and preferably between 5-70% wt/wt of the final formulation composition. The intelligent polymers being ethylcellulose (EC) as a more strongly hydrophobic and hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) and/or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as more strongly hydrophilic (the ratio of HEC to HPMC being between 1:100 and 100:1). The matrix tablet is optionally coated with an enteric coat, 0-5%-15% wt/wt to prevent the initial burst effect seen in such systems and to impart gastrointestinal tract (GIT) “stealth” characteristics especially in the presence of food.

The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic film for a thermoplastic matrix, which comprises a thermoplastic film matrix and a super-hydrophobic layer. The super-hydrophobic layer consists of micro-scale powder particles and nano-scale powder particles arranged at intervals and embedded into the film matrix, and the micro-scale powder particles and the nano-scale powder particles form micro-scale protrusions and nano-scale protrusions on the surface of the thermoplastic film matrix and have low surface energy or are modified by low surface energy substances. The super-hydrophobic film has the advantages of simple structure, easy preparation and lower cost; a water contact angle of the super-hydrophobic layer is between150 and 165 degrees, and a roll angle is less than 5 degrees; the super-hydrophobic film also has the advantages of stable performance, low cost and excellent mechanical property, and can be applied to the occasions needing water proofing, pollution prevention, mist resistance, snow cover resistance, ice coating resistance, oxidation prevention and the like; when the thermoplastic film matrix is adopted, the super-hydrophobic film can be flexible to use, can be manufactured into an adhesive tape structure to be adhered on the surface of other matrixes, and is convenient and simple to use; and by adopting a hot pressing method for preparation, the thermoplastic film matrix and the super-hydrophobic layer are firmly combined, and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate and has low manufacturing cost.

The invention discloses a super weather-resisting, wear-resisting and anti-icing wind-powered blade coating and a preparation method thereof. A component A comprises the following compositions in percentage by mass: 27-44% of fluorocarbon resin, 10-25% of polyester resins, 0.5-2% of a silane coupling agent, 0.5-2% of a wetting dispersant, 0.5-2% of a thixotropic agent, 1-5% of nano titanium dioxide, 3-6% of nano alumina, 12-18% of a pigment, 5-10% of packing, 3-6% of extinction powder, 0.1-1% of an ultraviolet light absorber, 0.1-0.8% of a flatting agent, 0.01-0.4% of a defoaming agent and 5-10% of a diluent; and the component A and aliphatic isocyanate are proportioned according to a formula that -NCO/-OH = 1.05-1.2. The coating disclosed by the invention is outstanding in weather resistance and wear resistance, and can carry out long-acting protection on wind-powered blades and save the maintenance cost; the water contact angle is greater than or equal to 150 degrees, and the ice cover can be reduced by more than 50%; and the surface dry is implemented in 0.5 h, the hard dry is implemented in 24 h, and the coating can be subjected to brush coating, roll coating and spray coating, therefore, the coating is high in construction efficiency.
