The device comprises a wooden base, a hard hollow inner shaft, a hard sleeve and a weight, wherein the wooden base is provided with a circular bump which is matched with the hard hollow inner shaft; the hard hollow inner shaft can be sleeved on the circular bump and is compactly matched with the circular bump; and the inner diameter and height of the hard sleeved are respectively greater than the outer diameter and height of the hard hollow inner shaft. The method comprises a method of wrinkling the fabric and a method of evaluating the wrinkle resistance of the fabric. Aiming at the defect that the wrinkle resistance of the garment worn actually cannot be reflected due to the fact that the difference between wrinkling shape generated by current fabric wrinkle resistance test method and the wrinkling shape of garment worn actually, the wrinkling device which simulates the wrinkling shape of the garment worn actually and the wrinkle resistance test method are designed, so as to obtain evaluation indexes which can be used to reflect the actual wrinkle resistance of the fabric. The invention discloses a phase noise simulator for a broadcast communication transmitter and a phase noise resistance test method, in particular a simulator device for simulating the phase noise of the broadcast communication transmitter and a method for performing a phase noise resistance test on a communication system. The phase noise simulator for the transmitter comprises a phase noise carrier generator, wherein the phase noise carrier generator is used for generating a carrier signal which satisfies a phase noise model, and the working frequency band of the simulator is set by a controller. The phase noise resistance test method tests SNR thresholds of the communication system under a Gaussian white noise channel and under the Gaussian white noise channel after being interfered by the phase noise to obtain a threshold difference produced by the two tests as the resistance of the system to the phase noise of the model. The method and the device can test the resistance of certain communication system to the interference of the phase noise of a plurality of models in a laboratory to summarize the ability of the system in resisting the phase noise, and can compare the performances of the systems to provide a reference for the research and development of the systems.
