This invention relates to the field of profile surface treatment technology, specifically to a pre-treatment device and process for
powder coating molding of outdoor product profiles that requires no cleaning. The device includes a treatment mechanism, an air collection mechanism, and a negative pressure mechanism. The treatment mechanism includes a through-type
polishing machine. In this invention, during startup of the through-type
polishing machine, its output end drives the chuck to rotate. Then, the
crank, through a push-pull plate and a transmission plate, influences the
piston rod to reciprocate up and down. Under the constraint of the air outlet, air inlet, and two one-way valves, the air cylinder continuously creates a negative pressure environment within air tanks one and two, preparing for the subsequent suction of impurities from the profile surface. When the polished profile approaches a
photoelectric sensor, the sensor detects the incoming material and transmits the incoming material
signal to an external PLC. The external PLC opens solenoid valves one and two, causing air tanks one and two to instantly suction away impurities from the profile surface through air pipes, thereby completing the cleaning purpose.
