drying. According to the method, collagen prepared from
jellyfish is dissolved in 0.1 mol / L, 0.2 mol / L, 0.5 mol / L, 1.0 mol / L, 1.5 mol / L and 2.0 mol / L
sodium chloride,
sodium acetate,
sodium citrate and
phosphate solutions respectively, an
aqueous solution serves as blank control, the optimal
salt solution type and concentration of the
jellyfish collagen are screened out, results show that the
solubility of the jellyfish collagen in the 0.1 mol / L-0. 2 mol / L sodium
chloride solution is the maximum, and on the basis of the conclusion, the optimal
salt solution type and concentration of the jellyfish collagen can be obtained. And extracting and purifying by combining ultrasonic extraction and
ultrafiltration to obtain the collagen. According to the method provided by the invention, the extraction time can be shortened, the cost is saved, the introduction of impure
protein is reduced, and the influence on the complete structure of collagen is reduced.
